scottner ::: Favorites Emily apparently didn't learn Japanese in a classroom, but rather picked it up through friends and in casual conversation. I would say her level is around a 2nd or 3rd grader, with limited vocabulary and consistent grammatical errors. It would be good if she tried to seriously study the language before saying she is totally fluent because she has a LONG way to go before she can claim to be fluent.
