Listman11 ::: Favorites However, everything is perspective. If you do not have insurance in the US, I am sure they would prefer the Canadian System. I think a tiered system is the best. SteveBKNY ::: Favorites I personally like living in a country that has the best doctors on earth that are imported from socialist countries who emigrate. Transparency doesnt solve all our problems but neither does universal health care. At least with transparency we can have much lower insurance rates and still keep our top notch doctors. All I'm saying is that there may be other much more effective ways than universal health care.
