kdmukai ::: Favorites It's a lot easier to start on parallets - make a pair at Home Depot or buy a set of metal push-up bars. Follow the Step 1 tips I outlined in the video. kdmukai ::: Favorites Before you kick up, make sure your shoulders are above your wrists. That way your body pivots upwards about your shoulders. Basically your arms shouldn't move at all, just your torso and legs.
