AnnyaMoon ::: Favorites  2007-10-21 02:04:23 I used to work at Little Caesars. I loved making pizzas. We used to take the dough balls (mash them down a bit) and run them thru a flattner thing. Looks like the old fasioned wringer washer. I have to say Ive never seen a crust be pushed out quite like that, very impressive. Had tossing is cool, LC didnt do that the flattner did it for us.
